Chicken/Turkey Wraps

Chicken/Turkey Wraps (Chicken Croissants)

From a friend in Tennessee, Melissa Hiatt

with a few changes of Rachel Hubbard

1 1/4 Cups cooked chicken or turkey

3 oz. cream cheese

1 can Croissant Rolls

1 Box Chicken Stuffing

3/4 cup Spinach, fresh or frozen (optional)

2 Tbs Butter (optional)

In a bowl mix cooked chicken, cream cheese and spinach. Open your croissant rolls, and put a dollop of mixture in the fat end of the triangle. Roll up doing your best to close all seems. If the dough is sticky enough you don't need the butter unless you want it. Crush the stuffing until it is fine, and then roll croissant in butter, then in stuffing powder. This gives it a crust around the outside. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 min. Make sure croissants are very golden brown, they will be doughy is baked for too short of time.

My Opinion:
(Read with Caution)
So I actually love this recipe. Then I serve it with one can cream of chicken 1/2 cup sour cream, and 1/3 cup milk mixed and heated. It is so delicious. The spinach I love to add. In this photo I didn't have any, but if I have it, it just adds color, and added nutrients. Now, I make turkey's probably once a month. And we always have leftovers! This is and extremely good way to use up that turkey, and it adds so much flavor! People won't even know your using leftovers! Same amount. For my family of 4, I double this recipe! Enjoy!
